Reunion 2024 details

Please read the following before completing the Booking Form:
You can choose to book for Saturday only or for Friday and Saturday in either a double or twin room.
You can save expense by sharing a room and, when booking, you will need to know each of your AUK Membership Numbers. You can book a room with your partner or friend, or you can let us know if you would like us to ‘buddy you up’ with another member in a twin room (same gender). A double/twin room for two people will cost £145 for one night and £250 for two nights per room.
Rooms may also be booked as a single occupancy at £115 for one night and £210 for two nights.
All hotel bookings include breakfast, but dinner on Friday night is NOT included. Please contact the hotel directly to book a table in the restaurant for Friday if you wish to dine there.
Your Saturday night booking includes the optional afternoon presentations, Dinner and Awards Ceremony. If you arrive early enough you could join the social rides on Saturday morning, too.
A room will be available for bike storage.
You can book for the dinner only at £45 – you are still welcome to join the social rides and attend the presentations on Saturday.
Your reservation will be provisional until you have made payment and details of how to do this are contained within the form.
