Description

Starting at Aztec West Business Park BS324TD|Parking will be available here.
The route takes you over the Severn Bridge and then up a long gentle climb to Gaerllwyd and rolling down to the first control at Usk with picturesque views over the valley and a view of Usk Castle as you enter Usk.

Usk to Monmouth is a fairly flat section of the ride, riding past the entrance Clytha Castle and then Raglan castle.

After leaving Monmouth, you will take in further scenic views and then a steady climb up to St. Briavels Castle past Clearwell castle.

Now you're on the home run with a great decent into Chepstow with a small kick of a hill and then back over the Severn Bridge and finishing in Almondsbury.
