200km cycling event starting from Lound, nr Lowestoft. Controls at Coltishall, Wymondham and Lound, plus 4 information controls.
Join us for John's Thompson's classic 'Norfolk Special 200km' now under new organisation. A relatively fast and simple route out to Stiffkey past the Langham Dome anti aircraft gun training museum and the spitfire.

Then a more laney and pretty route back for a late lunch in Wyondham before arriving back in Lowestoft.

Toilets, parking, basic refreshments and pen for the info controls included in the entry fee.
