Description

100km cycling event starting from Broompark Picnic Area, Durham. Controls at Barnard Castle, Hownsgill Farm Tearooms and Broompark., plus 1 information control.

A trip from Durham to Barnard Castle to check your eyesight and appreciate the wonderful displays of bluebells. Plenty of off-road stretches, so fetch your gravel bikes.

There's loads of parking at Broompark, or it's a short ride out from Durham station (Redhills would be tougher than anything on the route, consider Potter's Bank if you are riding out from the station)

PARENTAL CONSENT is required for entrants under 18 years of age. This can be declared by the parent/guardian making an online entry on behalf of the under 18 rider. Otherwise, although an entry can be made online, the parent/guardian should complete and sign the parental consent form available here.
