Basic event but with good commercial controls throughout. Event takes two loops based on Galashiels in the Scottish Borders,coming back to Galashiels at 305km giving opportunity for picking up/shedding kit,possible sleep options. The second loop out to Abington services 382km and Johnstonebridge services means another chance for sleep at the services. Ride takes in some of the best of the Scottish Borders/Northumberland and Dumfries and Galloway. Counting event for the Scottish Borders Randonneurs SR.
