Beautifully scenic tour of the Glamorgan and Gwent valleys - from Cardiff to the Brecon Beacons and back. Eight major climbs (total 2163m), only 100k but feels like 200!
Control at Trefil may be a pub with food. There are several cafes, pubs and shops en route, detailed on the route sheet. Drink provided at arrivee.
