Description

Midweek event starting and finishing in Allenheads. An undulating but very scenic route through the North Pennines.
A basic event but there are facilities at the cafe at the start and finish. Cafe stop at The Lodge Cafe, Langley Dam at 55km with some refreshments included. The route is very scenic and most of the climbing is gradual but there is a lot of it and there are some steeper sections.
Cafe, Car Parking and Public Toilets in Village.
Shop and Cafe at Blanchland control other controls at Nenthall, Juniper and Stanhope are info's.
There are some other limited options to stop on the route if riders do require refreshments but not many.
