The first Sunday of Spring but a week before the clock change and a chance to test the fitness you built over the winter with a trip to Wells-next-the-Sea.
Starting in Hellesdon, you will take a slightly indirect route to Wells-next-the-Sea, passing the historical church at Binham Priory on your way.

A quick trip to the Co-op or something more formal in town and then a little climb back inland before a fast run back towards Norwich from Reepham.

With a total distance of just over 103km and some quick roads and a minimum speed of 15km, a generous allowance of just shy of seven hours should be more than sufficient to get you back to the HQ where the option of toast, cakes and drinks should take the edge off any chill and have you ready for the warmer weather to come.

There are a few shops dotted en-route and also a backyard bike shop if you need a tube (take cash).
