Description

The route follows an anticlockwise circuit passing through: Lancashire; Cumbria; southern Scotland and on into the highlands. The return follows the A6 back to Lancashire. An optional free breakfast will be provided before the start. This is primarily cereal & toast, tea/coffee/juice etc. Free food will also be available at the Inverness control (604 km). Food will be kept simple: typically beans on toast/pasta; rice pudding etc, but enough to fill you up! Food will be available for purchase at the other controls. I plan on at least one manned control up near Inverness with a drop bag as per usual. Bag will be returned to Clitheroe ready for collection on arrival. Entry fee: £79.00 when entering online through PayPal. Entries are now being taken on a first come - first served basis!
