A hilly figure of eight route combining D.H.Lawrence country with the southern Peak District. Cafe controls at Teversal and two controls at Crich. GPS file provided to all entrants.

TeaCoffeeToast etc provided at the start. Hot and cold food at the finish.
As the route passes through Crich twice riders will need 2 receipts from either the Loaf Cafe or the convenience store nearby.
