Description

A lumpy ride around the scenic Peaks and through the Goyt Valley, some long sections of off road cycle paths(Monsal Trail and Tissington trail), but hard packed and fine on 25mm tyres. You can start at any of the controls as long as you follow the route. You can only validate the ride by GPS track or using the E-Brevet app.

This is, in parts, an arduous ride over hilly, and exposed terrain. There are steep climbs and descents with some rough surfaces, please moderate your speed appropriately. You should study the route before setting out. You should carry food and drink, basic spares and tools, adequate clothing and lights.

The control locations pinned on the map top right, are the exact locations of the E-Brevet controls and your phone app will work within 250m of those pinned locations. These locations are also described in the route sheet, which can be downloaded below.
