Description

Triangular ride over The Mendips, with climbs up Cheddar Gorge, past Ebbor Gorge, and up Harptree Hill. Visiting controls at Chew Magna (passing Chew Valley Lake), picturesque Wells and Cheddar with its tea rooms and Market Cross.

Start from any of the 'proof of passage' control points and follow the route sheet till you complete the triangle.

For those doing the CTC British Cycle Quest, you will ride past (3) Somerset (1) Ebbor Gorge on the Wells to Cheddar leg—1,007 m climbing.
