150km cycling event starting from Tewkesbury. Controls at Hopewell Colliery, Shepherd's Patch and Tewkesbury., plus 3 information controls.

A new 150km for 2023. A trip through the upper Severn Vale, and via the Forest of Dean for lunch. Continuing your way through the forest, traversing the M48 Severn Bridge, and an easy return up the Vale to Tewkesbury

A pretty ride, mainly on lanes and minor roads. There are a few unavoidable A-roads, but these are in the main bypassed by the M5. Experienced controls at Hopewell Colliery for lunch, and The Black Shed, Shepherd's Patch for an afternoon snack. There are stretches of NCRs, these are hard surface, and easily ridden on tyres down to 23mm. Complimentary tea or coffee at the start.
