211km cycling event starting from Shenstone, Staffs. Controls at Froghall, Hetty's Teashop Collect Sticker Or Till Receipt., Cafes In Hope: Free Control Collect Till Receipt, Ashbourne: Free Control: Collect Till Receipt. and Shenstone Village Hall., plus 4 information controls.

ON THE DAY entry = + £2 fee. Free DIY toast from 7:30 am. Controls: 1st Tea Shop, 2nd. Free choice, 3rd free choice, Finish: Free refreshments.

Stg.1 Rolling roads then views of hills to come. Stg.2 Stiff climb from Control. Great views from Morridge and 1st Info point. Then variety of climbs and descents to Info Control in Castleton. Free choice in Hope: 2 recommended cafes. Stg.3 4 long steady climbs and descent to Cafes in Ashbourne. Stg.4 flatter scenic lanes across Dove valley and Needwood Forest. Return through Lichfield to village hall finish.
