71km cycling event starting from St Johns Chapel. Controls at Langley Dam and St Johns Chapel., plus 1 information control.

A good introduction to Audax Events and the format. It's a 'short' but still a challenging ride but there's a generous time limit so you can enjoy the day.

It's planned to start and finish at the very bike friendly Chatterbox Cafe in the the centre of St Johns Chapel. Several opportunities for café/shop stops along the route in addition to the control point at Allendale. On a good day it's a stunning route and after the last climb out of Allenheads it's downhill to the finish at the pub in St Johns Chapel.
It's a route to enjoy the views and day out and not worry about average speeds.
