54km cycling event starting from Perranwell, S of Truro. Controls at Gwithian and Perranwell., plus 1 information control.

Route skirts west of Camborne to reach the mouth of the Red River at Gwithian, then hugs the north coast to Porthreath turning SE through Skinner's Bottom to Perranwell. New option: +1.6km avoids Hick's Mill climb.

Tea or coffee at the start and free refreshments at Gwithian and at the finish.
