110km cycling event starting from Debenham, Suffolk. Controls at Valley Farm (Stamp), Wickham Market (Receipt), Debenham Leisure Centre (Stamp), Laxfield (Receipt) and Debenham., plus 2 information controls.

Community Fundraiser. Take the Deben River Ride 50k then explore the high-ground above. Suffolk has a host of attractive rivers draining the landscape and here's and opportunity to explore the origin of six.

An undulating start will take you through Winston, Framsden and Hoo to Letheringham Mill before criss crossing the river passing Wickham Market, charming villages and scenic countryside. Pass near the sources of the rivers Deben, Dove, Ore, Yox, Blyth and Alde which drain to all the Suffolk coast from Lowestoft to Felixstowe.
