Description

210km cycling event starting from Debenham, Suffolk. Controls at Littleport, Swaffham and Debenham., plus 4 information controls.

Community fundraiser. A ride out to the fens, crossing the brecks and passing varied scenery of forest, heaths and commons. Plus rivers, droves and dykes. Oh! and pigs, lots of pigs!

Plenty of opportunity to buy refreshments along the way and with an Indian eat in/takeaway restaurant and bar at the finish.

Previously run 5 years ago to the day. If you were one of the brave souls that took part, you won't have forgotten the 'Fen Blow' as one rider called it. She commended the route but said 'being blasted with 50mph dirt was not a good experience'. Hopefully we will have less wind and loose soil this time.
