168km cycling event starting from Bildeston, Suffolk. Controls at At Framlingham, Get A Receipt, At Wickham Market, Get A Receipt and Bildeston., plus 4 information controls.

This route heads north from Bildeston to near Walsham le Willows, then east to Framlingham (castle), and on to the coast at Orford (castle), returning via Wickham Market, Debenham, and Needham Market.

The route mainly uses country lanes with short stretches of minor A and B-road.
Cafes en-route, a glimpse of the sea, refreshments at start and finish.
