A Costa Coffee start from Prestwich via Simister, Heywood, skirting Rochdale to Bacup. Then to Padiham, avoiding Burnley, before heading to Barrowford at 50km for a halfway break. Return to Prestwich via Whalley, Accrington, Haslingden and Bury.

Prestwich is just off Junction 17 of the M60 and there is free parking available nearby. It is 7km from Manchester city centre train stations.
