Description
Part of the Balham Wednesday Wheelers midweek series of PBP qualifiers.
Starting in Balham, the route heads out through west London, to the first control at Marlow, then over the Chilterns to a control at Abingdon. From here you head south west through the North Wessex Downs to Marlborough on onwards to Alton. The route then heads over the Surrey Hills and back into town to drop your brevet card off at Arrivee.
This is a bare bones X-rated 300km event with all commercial controls and postal finish. It is an unsupported event suitable for experienced randonneurs only, and is aimed to provide a PBP qualifier option for those unable to make weekend events.
