To advance Audax UK safeguarding practice we would like to recruit a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) for which the main responsibilities are: 

• Provide a framework for all volunteers to be fully aware of their role and responsibilities in safeguarding children and adults at risk.
• Ensure appropriate action is taken in the event of safeguarding incidents or concerns of abuse.
• Offer support to anyone who raises a concern or makes a safeguarding disclosure.  

Details can be found in the job description. As with all roles in AUK it is voluntary but carries the responsibilities associated with keeping our riders safe and protecting our reputation. If required there will be training arranged.
