Up and over the Ashdown Forest to Framfield, roller coasters to Battle and on to Rye.
Into a head wind across the marsh to Hythe, up the Durlocks, lumps and bumps around the Kent coast for ice cream at Herne Bay.
Sea wall to Whitstable with a final gentle climb up the Downs to cross the Medway to the finish.
