Two loops, starting from Mountnessing HQ in Mid-Essex easily reachable via Elizabeth Line or Greater Anglia train to Shenfield the first loop goes via mostly quiet lanes and picturesque villages, including the Blue Egg Cafe, popular with cyclists, back to the HQ and on to the second loop which heads East towards the coast, with the option of stopping at Wibblers Brewery Cafe. The GPX track enclosed is a basic one with cues as waypoints but other formats that suit your gps device can be downloaded from the RWGPS URL below.
