Description
This event travels through areas that have either experienced or been at high risk of wild fires and related road closures during the hot dry summer this year, please check local reports before riding this event and do not ride if there are any active wildfires or road closures.
A ride to Holmfirth starting from the train station in bottom Mossley. The route offers some great views as you climb into the Pennines and passes through Marsden and Meltham on the way to Holmfirth. The route takes you to Sids cafe of Last of the Summer Wine fame but there are plenty of nice cafes and pubs in Holmfirth to choose from.
