Description

104km cycling event starting from Dore, Sheffield. Controls at Elsecar: Obtain Stamp At Brambles Tea Room In Elsecar Heritage Centre., Dinnington: Obtain Stamp At Whiter's Cafe, Laughton Road and Dore: Old School Hall Finish., plus 4 information controls.

This mainly rural ride circumnavigates Sheffield and Rotherham. A hilly section to the west and north, part of which follows the Tour de France route, is complemented by an interesting undulating route to the east.

Changes have been made to the route to avoid busy roads in Rotherham. Visits are made to 2 excellent cafes
