Description

A tour of South Wales taking in Newport's historic Transporter Bridge, Llangorse Lake, fine views of the Brecon Beacons, the classic climb of the Devil's Elbow with a flat run back to the finish.
Through Wentloog Levels to Newport and the Transporter Bridge. Follow the River Usk to Llangynidr, then over to Llangorse Lake, on to Sennybridge then up the Devil's Elbow and down the Cynon and Taff valleys to the finish.
