Description

Mid-week event starting and finishing in St Johns Chapel. Undulating but very scenic route through the heart of the North Pennines.
Start and finish at Chatterbox Cafe in St Johns Chapel as well as some opportunities for refreshments or a rest on the route. The route is very scenic and most of the climbing is gradual. Shops, Cafe, Car Parking and Public Toilets in Village.
Controls at Langley Dam (info), Alston and Middleton in Teesdale. A Tour of the 3 North Pennines Ski Areas (Yes, there really are 3 ski areas)
There are some options to stop on the route at Alston and Middleton if riders do require refreshments.
