Description

A shorter but hilly circuit that takes you around the south of Chesterfield, by way of Eastmoor, Holymoorside, the Great Pond of Stubbing, Lower Pilsley, Stainsby Mill, Sutton Scarsdale and Barrow Hill, with a late café control by the side of the Chesterfield Canal.
The route mostly follows minor rural roads, but with some urban parts and one stretch of gravel to avoid a bendy road with lots of fast-moving traffic. A tough but slow introduction to Audaxing. Part of the 50:50@50 initiative - female riders especially welcome.
