Member Survey 2025

In order to improve our services and guide our strategy for the next five years, we would like to survey our members' views. All members for whom we have an e-mail address will receive a mail with a link to an online survey form within the next few days. We would be grateful if you could complete the survey, which should take less than 15 minutes. We last did this in 2020 and are asking some of the same questions so we can see what has changed and what hasn't about some aspects of membership and activities.

Please note that:

• The survey is anonymous, but if you would like to add your membership number, we may contact you for more information
• To prevent multiple submissions, each on-line form has a unique code pre-entered into the last question. Please do not change this or the response will not be accepted. Note that we cannot identify the respondent from this code
• For household members with no registered email we will send the survey to the main member's email address but each person in the household will have a unique code 
• If you would like to submit a paper copy of the survey contact membership@audax.uk (however please note that it is difficult for this to be anonymous and does require us to do extra work so online responses are much preferred)
