This year’s Reunion will be held at the Delta Hotel York, YO24 1QQ over the weekend of 20th/22nd March 2026.

Why not ride a Dinner Dart, arriving on Friday or Saturday, or going home on Sunday? Check the calendar events page for details of how to do this.

You can stay on a Bed and Breakfast basis for one or two nights, or simply attend for the fun on Saturday including the Dinner and Awards presentations. There will be a Pub Quiz on Friday night, social rides on Saturday morning and some presentations/talks on Saturday afternoon. This will be followed by a champagne reception ahead of the Dinner and annual Awards.

Prices:

• Saturday night in a shared room (somebody you know, or we can pair you up with somebody if you’re coming alone), £105 each
• Saturday night in a single room, £150
• Friday and Saturday night in a shared room (somebody you know, or we can pair you up with somebody if you’re coming alone), £160 each
• Friday and Saturday night in a single room, £250
• Dinner only, £45
